Ripple Hall Table

Details: This narrow table stands to greet guests near the front door. The top is quartersawn and bookmatched. The legs are octagonal and are both tapered and steam bent to add lightness to the piece. Double through tenons and drawbored bridle joints add strength and decoration. The curved stretchers are bent laminations. Additional strips of wood join with the curved stretchers to create a ripple effect while serving as a shelf.
